Bedding can be such a personal choice, but when it comes to your AIRBNB you need to have comfort and durability. Sure, you can buy a cheap set of sheets at Walmart but with the constant washing you will be replacing them every other month. You don’t need to spend a fortune on sheets but look for something with a decent thread count between 300-600.

Tips:

Comforters and Duvets look nice for a bit but once they are washed, they can look worn and wrinkly. I suggest when making your beds to use a coverlet or quilt. These are easier to wash, and they tend to hold up better with multiple washings. A good way to add warmth and layers to your bedding is to fold a thick blanket at the end of the bed.
When it comes to your rentals, my advice would be to have 2-3 sets of sheets and quilts to make things easier on your end especially if you have quick turnarounds.
