Rental Space Planning

This service is for you if you are a DIY’er or design enthusiast working with a tricky layout and want help with space planning. I will create a 2D floorplan with scaled furnishings & provide you with dimensions. I’ll eliminate the guess work so that you can take the dimensions and shop for your own furnishings and décor.

  • Initial phone consult to discuss your wants & needs for the space

  • You provide measurements/photos of your space

Design Concept Board & Shop List

This service is for you if you have limited time to shop or want a designer approved space at a smaller price point.

  • Initial phone/email consult to discuss your design wants & needs

  • 2 concept board designs (1 revision if desired)
