How It Works:

The Process:

What is Virtual Interior Design (aka E-Design)?

Virtual Interior Design is a modern-day design service that is convenient and more affordable than traditional interior design. You are getting the same quality as you would having a designer enter your home, you are just eliminating the extra fees that come with full-service design.

Why should short term rental & BNB hosts choose virtual design?

Whether you own your rental or you’re starting out doing rental arbitrage it’s so important to make a profit every month. Virtual interior design will help you to attract ideal guests who pay premium pricing, so you can see a quick return on your investment. It’s also important to note that not every host lives right next to their rental so virtual design eliminates the need for any in person meetings. The convenience and affordability make e-design the perfect solution for any hosts design needs.

01- Client On-Boarding:

This is the initial stage of the project where we discuss your wants & needs for the space over email/phone. A questionnaire will then be filled out to get a better idea of design style and you will send me any photos & measurements.

02- The Design Phase:

This is where I take what we discussed in the first phase and create 2 concept boards based on your style, needs and budget. I will then send both designs for your review through our private design portal.

03- Collaboration:

The collaboration phase is where you let me know what concept is speaking to you and if there are any changes you would like to see. (1 revision is included)

04- Final Design Phase:

After implementing any changes from the collab phase I will then go on to finalize the design. This is where I will send you your concept board, shop list with clickable links to all items, floorplan and render (if desired).

05- Implementation Phase:

This is the final step in the design process. You will order all furniture and décor from the final design shop list & I will send through detailed installation instructions. The instructions will give you exact dimensions, so you know exactly where everything goes when it arrives. You will have 30 days after the final design phase to ask any questions regarding set-up.
